Donna Rebeck is Innovation Management Partners’ Chief Financial Officer.  She has held the position of Chief Financial Officer for the last seven years in two large not-for-profit organizations, The American Academy of Dermatology and The International Association of Lions Clubs.  Prior to these positions, she held the position of Controller for ten years in a transportation holding company, NFC International Holdings (USA) Inc, the then-parent company of Allied Van Lines.  Her earlier accounting positions were in Fortune 500 organizations such FMC Corporation and North American Railcar, then a subsidiary of Flying Tiger Line. She began her career in public accounting with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co, CPAs (now known as KPMG).  She is a Registered Certified Public Accountant and has a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from DePaul University.  Her undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, is from Ball State University where she graduated Cum Laude.

Janalee Silvey earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Finance and Business Economics from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.  She graduated first in her class from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management when she earned her Masters Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing.   She also holds the designation of Certified Public Accountant (inactive).   Ms. Silvey has 12 years of Marketing experience, gained while managing product lines as large as $1 billion for Rubbermaid and Nestle, USA.  In addition to experience in consumer packaged goods, Ms. Silvey has worked with national retailers, health and beauty, automotive, international marketing process development, and business to business service industries.  Before coming to Innovation Management Partners, she had been the Managing Director of her own consulting business, Front Burner Marketing, for four years.
